 My name is Sushma Rai. today day i would like to talk about myself.My hobby is cooking and acting.i like to cook new food watching from youtube from young itself i like cooking i have start cooking by looking to my mom.about acting i used to act by watching movies and acting same like them.😊

if i have to talk about my like and dislike i like making new friends and talking about ourself and share our thinking but i hate fake friends and people who show off 😒there are people who just shows that they are helping but its not like that.

Learned to   Saying “No”=A Personal Experience In life, everyone has difficulty saying something, and they can't overcome it. Today I am going to share something that I couldn't say before but later, I overcome it. I used to say “yes” to everything. If a friend needed help, I said yes. If someone asked me to join a group, I said yes. Even when I was tired or busy, I still said yes. I thought that saying yes would make everyone happy and like me.
